Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PropManager, the property management service available at property.didudi.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use PropManager on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.

PropManager lets you organize properties, tenants, leases, invoices, payments, maintenance, and related records, and gives your tenants a self-service portal. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce the core functionality you rely on without reasonable notice.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly at the contact below if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain all rights to the data you enter. You grant us only the license needed to host, process, and display it in order to run the service. You are responsible for:

• having a lawful basis to enter tenant and other third-party personal data into the service, and informing those people as required by law;
• the accuracy of rents, invoices, and other financial records you generate;
• complying with landlord-tenant, tax, and consumer laws that apply to you.

PropManager is a record-keeping tool, not a legal, tax, or accounting adviser. See the Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use of the service.
• No attempts to breach security, probe other accounts, or disrupt the platform.
• No reselling or white-labeling the service without our written consent.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control may cause interruptions. Back up records you cannot afford to lose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or 100 USD if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination we delete your data in line with the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will give notice in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
